I came from Sakarya to Duzce to Simge Automotive just for the maintenance of my vehicle, I talked to the service consultant Ms. Damla on the phone, and when I came here, I also met the service consultant Mr. Hakan. In my opinion, it is one of the few branches of the Fiat brand in Turkey with a high rating. I say this based on my experience with many branded vehicles and authorized services. The friendly service was very good, I found sincere answers to every question I asked. I took notes for the vehicle, all of them were solved. I cannot miss our mechanic, Master Irfan is really solution-oriented and knowledgeable. I would like to thank Ms. Damla, Mr. Hakan, Mr. Irfan, all the other staff I talked to and Fiat Simge Automotive for their interest. I hope this staff of yours will never be disrupted.

I have been receiving service once every two months for 2 years. The staff is very helpful. They are friendly and successful. However, the employer does not invest in the business. Wheel-balancing equipment has been broken for months. If it weren't for Mr. Hakan and Ms. Alkım, I wouldn't pass by.

I made an appointment for 9 am to change only the oil and oil filter of the vehicle with 5 thousand km on it. After 3 hours, I could only leave the service at 12:00. Every person who gets in the car goes back and forth 10 meters and waits for 15 minutes. In this way, they have already filled 1 hour in the service. They kept it waiting for 1 hour for washing. If you are someone who does not get bored of waiting and has plenty of time, there is no problem.

Except for the tea lady and the masters, the ladies and gentlemen working in the business department seem to have founded the Simge automotive price service. There is no sweet talk and smiling face. They can't help but be arrogant. Note, your prices are high compared to the market

Hello. I have been to Duzce Fiat Symbol Automotive many times and I was very pleased with all of them. They have friendly and attentive staff. They try to be helpful. Your tea comes in the waiting room without you telling, they drop you off at the city center during long processes. When the process is completed, they wash your car thoroughly. Especially I cannot help but thank Mr. Hakan for his interest.
